Friends, every one of us dream of leading a
healthy lifestyle. Of course, we all do! So let me share with you an ideal
daily routine for a healthy lifestyle. So, let’s start:
Wake up early in the morning. Remember ‘Early
to bed and early to rise makes a person Healthy, Wealthy and Wise’?
Go for a walk or do some basic exercises. This
will increase your body stamina and improve your health.
Maintain a ‘To do List’ this will help to keep
your mind cool.
Go for Salads and fresh fruits. Remember ‘An
Apple a day keeps the Doctor away’?
Organize your daily tasks systematically, this
will provide you with time to focus on your body and health.
Read for at least 20–30 minutes a day. Books
are good for brain development. This activity will surely make you Smart.
Clean your house for few minutes. This may
sound strange but is a good simple workout.
Don’t watch too much of Television. Give rest
to your mind as mental peace is necessary for a healthy life.
Go to sleep timely. As, you need to get up early next day J
