Friends, every one of us dream of leading a healthy lifestyle. Of course, we all do! So let me share with you an ideal daily routine for a healthy lifestyle. So, let’s start:
Wake up early in the morning. Remember ‘Early to bed and early to rise makes a person Healthy, Wealthy and Wise’?
Go for a walk or do some basic exercises. This will increase your body stamina and improve your health.
Maintain a ‘To do List’ this will help to keep your mind cool.
Go for Salads and fresh fruits. Remember ‘An Apple a day keeps the Doctor away’?
Organize your daily tasks systematically, this will provide you with time to focus on your body and health.
Read for at least 20–30 minutes a day. Books are good for brain development. This activity will surely make you Smart.
Clean your house for few minutes. This may sound strange but is a good simple workout.
Don’t watch too much of Television. Give rest to your mind as mental peace is necessary for a healthy life.
Go to sleep timely.  As, you need to get up early next day J

Cycling: There is no doubt that cycling is the best. It not only keeps you healthy but is also good for your stamina also. Just few minutes of cycling daily and your good health will be for years. And, yes of course by Cycling you also contribute to Green Environment.
Walking: There is another simple and easy way to keep yourself healthy and that is through walking. Morning walk or Evening walk, choose your own mode as per your convenience. But, make sure you stick to your routine and be regular with this.
Dancing: This is really a fun exercise. Be passionate with your dance and will all those dancing moves it is an exercise. So, play the music and enjoy the dance party with your healthy body.

       Workout: Friends it is very important that you keep yourself engaged in various physical tasks. It is really great if you do regular exercise, jogging, swimming, dance, morning or evening walk. Regular workout increases your stamina and keeps your body in shape.
        Low Calorie Food: We all love food and we really work hard for it. But, if we do overeating or if we take high calorie food regularly, then my dear friend it is not a good thing. I understand for some this almost impossible to cut on junk food, so I have a suggestion. Simply, reduce your junk food feasts to twice a week.
         Drink Water: Water is an essential element for our body. It is necessary to drink good litres of water daily for your glowing skin and healthy body. Try drinking water at regular intervals and avoid big gaps in between.
          Laugh out Loud: My dear friends, still in all the countries there is no tax on laughter so laugh out loud. Also, it is rightly said that laughter is the best medicine. Laughter simply revitalizes the body and keeps away negative elements like stress and tensions.
